Effective from 1 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern ticket purchases on purgatorium.info. The service is operated under Hungarian law (Act CLV of 1997, Government Decree 45/2014). The authoritative version is the Hungarian text.

2. Subject of Contract

These Terms apply to tickets sold via purgatorium.info. By purchasing, the Buyer accepts these Terms.

3. Purchase Process

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in HUF and include 27% VAT. Payment via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

5. Refund Policy

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for specific events. Full refund if event is cancelled. 80% refund possible if cancelled >72 hours before the event.
